Maintain and organize contract documentation in digital and physical formats, assist with contract management workflows, support confidentiality and retention compliance, and coordinate document collection and record-keeping with internal stakeholders.

Manage and grow partner accounts by building trusted relationships, driving retention, renewals, upsells, satisfaction, and new business. Serve as the primary partner contact, resolve escalations, coordinate with Sales and internal teams, manage client projects, monitor usage and account metrics, analyze partner behavior, forecast performance, and provide strategic feedback. The role requires fluent English and Spanish communication, executive-level presentation skills, strong organization, negotiation, problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment.

Analyze financial and partner performance, compare actuals with plans and forecasts, manage pricing, costs, currencies, and foreign exchange transactions, and develop invoice calculation and automated reporting tools. The role supports contract approvals, policy development, trend analysis, regulatory awareness, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
