Manage and grow partner accounts across the MENA region by building trusted relationships, driving retention, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction. Serve as the primary partner contact, resolve escalations, monitor usage and account metrics, identify business opportunities, coordinate with Sales and internal teams, and deliver client-focused solutions. The role requires multilingual communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills, project management, analytical ability, and a results-driven approach.

Designs, deploys, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and documents campus LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure. Manages routers, switches, firewalls, security controls, VPNs, and network performance. Resolves escalated infrastructure issues, recommends scalability improvements, mentors team members, supports users, and participates in periodic on-call duties.

Conduct manual quality assurance for web applications and an iGaming platform. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, creating test plans and cases, validating technical specifications, reporting defects, performing post-release testing, and collaborating with development teams. The role requires knowledge of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle practices, web application architecture, API testing tools, performance testing, SQL-based database validation, and troubleshooting.
