Leads multiple Agile and Hybrid software projects across business units, managing scope, schedules, risks, issues, delivery planning, stakeholder communications, governance, reporting, and process improvement. Mentors cross-functional teams, removes blockers, improves capacity and efficiency, and ensures project commitments and quality objectives are met. Collaborates closely with Product Owners and Product Managers while balancing business and technical priorities.

Oversee comprehensive building maintenance and engineering systems, including utilities, electrical systems, boiler houses, pumping stations, cafes, and conference rooms. Coordinate maintenance and installation activities, manage suppliers and external partners, control budgets and expenses, and improve engineering-unit efficiency. The role also requires leadership, communication, negotiation, teamwork, initiative, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Present and operate table games according to established procedures, supervise players, communicate with international customers, and answer questions through real-time live chat. The role requires excellent French and good English, confident camera presence, strong communication, customer service skills, and willingness to learn gaming rules. Employees work rotating shifts on a three-days-on, two-days-off schedule.
