Build and maintain full-stack features for a secure document platform, including authentication, access control, encryption, file delivery, APIs, integrations, background workers, and analytics pipelines. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams; debug production issues; and deliver clean, tested, maintainable software. The role spans frontend and backend systems, with potential work on browser integrations, mobile functionality, distributed systems, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Manage and convert inbound EMEA SaaS leads (trials, enquiries, quotes, RFPs). Qualify and prioritise opportunities, demo product, recommend solutions, maintain CRM (HubSpot), follow up to close, and share customer/market insights with the team.

Design and build interactive AI-powered prototypes for complex SaaS security and permission workflows. Partner with product leadership to translate feature decisions into UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and production-ready components. Conduct user interviews and usability testing, iterate designs based on feedback, collaborate closely with engineers, and improve the design system. The role requires strong product thinking, browser-based prototyping skills, autonomy, and comfort with ambiguity.
