Coordinate federal capture and proposal activities across IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs and agency vehicles. Track opportunities, task orders, teaming, RFIs/RFPs, calendars, and proposal readiness. Support capture managers, coordinate meetings and partner outreach, maintain trackers and reporting, and manage solicitation and submission materials using SharePoint, Teams, GovWin, and related tools.

Support the Austria UH-60M Black Hawk FMS program by assisting International Program Managers with DSAMS case actions, briefings, quarterly financial reports, and program file organization for aircraft, spares, and support equipment. Travel up to 30% required.

Support the Brazil Black Hawk program by assisting the International Program Manager with program management tasks: preparing briefings, capturing meeting minutes, organizing aircraft and spares documentation, managing support equipment and repair-and-return files, and performing other program support duties as required.
