Supports the International Apache program within the Apache Attack Helicopter PMO. Manages Poland AH-64E supply chain operations, shipments, equipment, property, requisitions, kitting, logistics, costs, schedules, performance, risks, and case deliverables. Coordinates with U.S. government agencies, contractors, OEMs, and customer-country representatives; develops FMS strategies and management plans; conducts audits and inventories; oversees consolidation-point personnel; and briefs senior officers and stakeholders.

Manage Foreign Military Sales cases for the Apache platform, including developing Letters of Offer and Acceptance, coordinating requirements and pricing data, analyzing program financials, executing financial requirements, tracking equipment shipments, resolving information and shipping issues, supporting program reviews, and coordinating training and quality assurance inspections for international partners.

Analyzes lifecycle costs for Army programs, acquisitions, weapons systems, and Foreign Military Sales cases. Develops cost estimates, cost-benefit analyses, alternatives analyses, complex cost models, and Independent Government Estimates. Applies parametric, analogous, and detailed cost-estimating methods; interprets financial data; and provides affordability, resource-allocation, and acquisition insights to decision-makers while collaborating with program managers, engineers, logisticians, and other stakeholders.
