Leads Foreign Military Sales program integration for Korea and the Netherlands, coordinating government and contractor stakeholders, PMO functions, program plans, acquisition documentation, systems integration studies, risk management, and CONUS/OCONUS port operations. Researches and resolves partner requirements involving platform maintenance, operation, employment, and support equipment.

Provides Foreign Military Sales expertise for the Apache Project Management Office, supporting acquisition strategy, contract planning and execution, LOA/LOR development, regulatory compliance, customer requirements, and lifecycle program delivery. Advises Army leadership, prepares acquisition and contracting documentation, evaluates deliverables, develops briefings, trains personnel, and coordinates with international customers, prime contractors, and program stakeholders.

Supports the Apache Attack Helicopter Project Management Office through provisioning, logistics analyses, technical-data interpretation, and LSAR development and review. Creates provisioning configurations, interprets engineering drawings, researches cataloging actions, and develops technical documentation. Advises senior government leadership, supports Army maintenance and sustainment requirements, responds to changing program needs, and communicates solutions across teams. Travel and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance are required.
