Digicomm provides full-time employees with a 401(K) Retirement plan that offers an excellent means of long-term savings for employees' retirement.

401(K) matching

Digicomm matches 100% of employees' personal contribution to their 401(K) up to 3% and 50% from 3% to 5% with 100% vesting.

Performance bonus

Digicomm offers employees an annual performance bonus that is paid from 0-100% based on the employee achieving individual key performance goals, as well as company performance.

Digicomm offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Generous parental leave

Employees with 1+ year of service are provided 12-weeks of paid maternity leave for birthing parents. Starting 1/2024, Colorado workers will have access to paid FAMLI leave for up to 12 weeks/year.

Disability insurance

Both short-term and long-term disability insurance are 100% paid for by Digicomm for employees. These plans cover 60% of employees' salary after the first day of the injury or 7 days after illness.

Digicomm's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to $3,050 annually.

Digicomm's vision insurance plan provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams after a $15 lenses copay. Frames and contact lenses are covered up to $150.

Digicomm offers a Health Reimbursement Account where the company will reimburse the employee for up to $2,500 of medical expenses after the employee contributes the first $500 for employees on individual health plans and $5,000 of medical expenses after the first $1,000 for employees on family health plans.
