Digicomm offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Generous parental leave
Employees with 1+ year of service are provided 12-weeks of paid maternity leave for birthing parents. Starting 1/2024, Colorado workers will have access to paid FAMLI leave for up to 12 weeks/year.

Digicomm's dental plan covers 100% of the cost of preventive care and basic services such as fillings and root canals.
Disability insurance
Both short-term and long-term disability insurance are 100% paid for by Digicomm for employees. These plans cover 60% of employees' salary after the first day of the injury or 7 days after illness.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Digicomm's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to $3,050 annually.

Digicomm provides both of our health insurance plans at no cost for the employee-only tier. HRA, HSA, and FSA plans are available for employees to set aside tax-free funds for health expenses.

Digicomm offers group-term Life Insurance in the amount of $25,000 at no cost to the employee.
Vision insurance
Digicomm's vision insurance plan provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams after a $15 lenses copay. Frames and contact lenses are covered up to $150.
Wellness programs
Digicomm's Attain Wellness Program allows employees to earn points for healthy behaviors. Points can be exchanged for a free Apple Watch for participating. Employees also have access to gym discounts.
