Dental insurance
Digicomm's dental plan covers 100% of the cost of preventive care and basic services such as fillings and root canals.
Disability insurance
Both short-term and long-term disability insurance are 100% paid for by Digicomm for employees. These plans cover 60% of employees' salary after the first day of the injury or 7 days after illness.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Digicomm's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to $3,200 annually.

Digicomm's vision insurance plan provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams after a $15 lenses copay. Frames and contact lenses are covered up to $150.
