Compensation + Benefits

Offers 401(K)

Digicomm provides full-time employees with a 401(K) Retirement plan that offers an excellent means of long-term savings for employees' retirement.

Offers disability insurance

Both short-term and long-term disability insurance are 100% paid for by Digicomm for employees. These plans cover 60% of employees' salary after the first day of the injury or 7 days after illness.

Provides 401(K) matching

Digicomm matches 100% of employees' personal contribution to their 401(K) up to 3% and 50% from 3% to 5% with 100% vesting starting their first day.

Offers life insurance

Digicomm offers group-term Life Insurance in the amount of $25,000 at no cost to the employee. There are also reasonable options for supplemental individual or spouse life insurance plans.
