Supports enterprise sales cycles across APJ through technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, architecture reviews, tenders, and technical validation. Enables partners through training, workshops, reusable technical content, and joint customer engagements. Designs solutions involving integrations, APIs, automation, and deployment architectures while collaborating with sales, product, engineering, services, and support teams. Requires strong IT, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, scripting, communication, and partner-management expertise.

Manages corporate customer accounts, drives renewals, expands revenue, identifies new-logo opportunities, and supports retention and adoption. Builds strategic customer relationships alongside regional Account Managers, handles discovery, objection management, negotiation, forecasting, quoting, and order coordination. Requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and travel to customer meetings and events as needed.

Manage enterprise customer relationships for DigiCert’s PKI, IoT, and TLS solutions. Understand client objectives, recommend security capabilities, conduct business reviews, manage escalations, monitor renewals, communicate service changes, and ensure customers realize value. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Services, and Compliance teams while maintaining satisfaction, reporting, and lifecycle success.
