Build scalable cloud-native RESTful web services in Go for DigiCert’s PKI and security management platform. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and debugging distributed software systems; collaborating with engineering leaders; applying software engineering best practices; and developing expertise in PKI products and architecture.

Leads technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, architecture documentation, and RFP responses throughout the sales cycle. Partners with customers, account executives, customer success, product, and engineering teams to translate business and technical requirements into tailored solutions involving PKI, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, integrations, and automation. Acts as a trusted technical advisor and supports new business development across assigned accounts, with approximately 20–25% travel.

Designs, builds, launches, and measures production AI workflows, agents, and AI-native tools across business functions. Integrates enterprise platforms, model APIs, retrieval, tool use, governance, identity, security, and observability. Partners with IT, Security, Engineering, and business operators; evaluates vendors; enables employees; and creates reusable architecture patterns. The role also supports AI intake, compliance reviews, ROI measurement, and production monitoring.
