Support and monitor DigiCert's global production network as a first responder: troubleshoot network, DNS, load balancing, cloud, and service connectivity issues; coordinate with providers and teams; perform incident response, documentation, routine configuration changes, basic firewall policy edits, and participate in on-call rotation and root cause analyses.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend web services. Collaborate with product, UX, and architects to meet requirements, debug issues, apply secure coding, and deliver high-quality, well-tested code.

Lead design and development of scalable backend services and APIs (primarily Java), contribute to front-end, automate CI/CD and infrastructure, mentor engineers, define architecture, and improve system reliability and engineering productivity.
