Serve as a cross-functional Deal Desk Specialist supporting Sales, Billing, and Operations. Execute quoting workflows in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite, manage account transfers/consolidations, handle billing exceptions, triage inbound sales leads and voicemails, and communicate status to stakeholders. Identify process improvements and ensure accurate, timely execution of complex account transactions while delivering strong customer-facing service.

Support execution of digital marketing campaigns and marketing automation; assist with email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, and lead nurture programs. Use AI tools to develop content and repeatable workflows. Manage corporate social media, draft and schedule posts, and monitor engagement. Maintain campaign data, support dashboards and reporting, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and MQL generation.

Build and own the demand generation function: design and execute integrated campaigns, configure HubSpot (scoring, workflows, attribution), leverage product signals, manage paid acquisition, create technical content, report pipeline metrics to leadership, and coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to improve pipeline quality.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end GTM outbound pipeline and CRM integrations (Clay, Outreach/Salesloft, HubSpot). Integrate product usage signals, automate enrichment/scoring, build LLM-driven personalized email generation, ensure data quality, produce runbooks, and partner with Sales/RevOps to operationalize GTM workflows.

Own technical success for an enterprise account portfolio: drive onboarding, support, enablement, and escalations; collaborate with Account, Product, and Engineering teams; communicate product gaps; document implementations; enable customers on best practices; participate in on-call pager rotation; and help shape the Technical Account Management function.

Manage full sales cycle across DACH and Turkey to grow revenue for Digi's industrial cellular routers, infrastructure, software, and managed services. Own partner/distributor network, develop territory strategies, maintain pipeline and forecasts in NetSuite, and drive recurring software/services revenue while representing Digi at events and collaborating cross-functionally.

Outbound-focused BDR role responsible for prospecting new logos, building pipeline, making 20-40 outbound calls/day, qualifying inbound leads, handing off opportunities to sales, maintaining CRM (NetSuite), and collaborating on targeting strategies. Requires customer engagement, account mapping, quota attainment, and occasional travel (10-20%).

Develop, validate, and improve embedded device platforms. Write and maintain onboard tests and test automation for production. Debug hardware and firmware issues, analyze test data for failure trends, support production floor, and validate firmware releases.

Own post-sale customer lifecycle for Digital/Tech-Touch accounts: drive adoption, renewals, upsell, and advocacy. Lead onboarding, project plans, issue triage, cross-functional coordination, and use automation/AI to scale outcomes while feeding product insights back to R&D and Product.

Provide paralegal and legal operations support across export compliance, corporate governance, contracts, M&A, IP, and training administration. Own NDA lifecycle, maintain contract and entity records, assist in transactions and due diligence, administer compliance training, process legal invoices, and improve workflows using automation and AI tools.

Manage assigned customer accounts and collections for distributors, reconcile accounts, process AR transactions (debits/credits, journal entries), analyze customer credit risk and recommend limits, support SOX 404 controls, resolve billing inquiries, and collaborate with sales, customer service, and AR teams to improve processes.

The Sr Data Engineer will design and optimize data pipelines, ensure data quality, facilitate collaboration among teams, and evaluate new technologies to enhance data engineering capabilities.

Design and maintain embedded firmware for IoT devices, improve performance, troubleshoot field issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Lead electrical architecture and hands‑on design for wireless and embedded products from concept through production. Mentor engineers, define system requirements, oversee PCB/schematic design, perform component selection and testing, drive certification and regulatory compliance, and support project/business activities including estimating and customer engagements.

Lead and maintain quality systems (ISO, RoHS/REACH), drive supplier and production quality improvements, perform audits and data analysis, manage corrective actions, support DFMEA/PFMEA and PPAP, liaise with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to reduce RMA and improve yields.
