Designs and develops RTL modules and custom IP for FPGA-based satellite payload electronics. Implements high-speed interfaces, performs synthesis, place-and-route, static timing analysis, clock-domain crossing, and timing closure. Collaborates with hardware, embedded software, and algorithm engineers on architecture, requirements, verification, and testing. Documents designs and validation results throughout development. The role is based in Bengaluru, is work-from-office with alternate Saturdays, and requires occasional travel.

Own Digantara’s India government sales strategy and revenue growth across defence, space, aerospace, intelligence agencies, ministries, ISRO, and PSUs. Lead relationships, procurement engagement, opportunity shaping, RFI/RFP responses, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and revenue realization. Build and manage the sales team, maintain CRM visibility, shape pricing and positioning, and convert government procurements into repeat business and long-term contracts.

Assemble and integrate optical components into opto-mechanical structures, apply adhesives and alignment features, perform precision alignment and torque-controlled fastening, conduct optical tests such as MTF, centration, collimation, boresighting, focus, and stray-light checks, verify specifications, control contamination, and document build and inspection results. The role is intended for entry-level candidates with foundational optics knowledge and interest in hands-on optical assembly, testing, and characterization.
