Design, develop, and characterize RF components and subsystems. Perform system-level analysis and RF simulations, validate hardware with RF testing, and collaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams to optimize performance.

Design and integrate RF systems for ground and space applications: define system requirements and architecture, select components, perform RF simulations, carry out component characterization, integrate and validate hardware using RF test equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet system specifications.

Lead HR systems, people analytics, and listening programs to provide a single source of truth for people data. Manage HR tech stack, dashboards, predictive models (attrition, performance), survey architecture and platforms, AI/automation use cases, and cross-functional initiatives like DEI, rewards, EVP, and HR governance.
