Lead the Pueblo terminal’s lube warehouse and driver team, overseeing customer service, purchasing, inventory, delivery scheduling, routing, driver performance, safety, compliance, incident reporting, payroll, and administrative processes. The manager will establish operations for two new tank wagons, including selecting locations and hiring drivers. Responsibilities also include employee training, coaching, corrective action, resolving customer issues, maintaining safety culture, and meeting delivery KPIs.

Handle inbound fuel-related customer inquiries, assess needs, prepare accurate quotes, convert opportunities into new business, track interactions in CRM, follow up to drive conversions, and collaborate with field sales and internal teams to onboard customers.

Manage customer billing, order entry, quotes, payments, and supplier rebate programs. Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and emails; resolve customer questions about pricing, orders, products, and billing. Check product availability, communicate estimated arrival times, provide reports and proof-of-delivery documents, and maintain timely, accurate billing while supporting sales and customer service goals.
