Hunter-style regional sales role responsible for prospecting, quoting, and closing new commercial fuel customers. Manage CRM pipeline, prepare proposals, meet volume/revenue targets, monitor competition, and maintain customer relationships. Requires frequent in-market activity and collaboration with credit/collections as needed.

Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, investigations, performance and talent management, compliance with employment laws, and HR policy implementation. Support managers and handle employee inquiries, disciplinary actions, and training initiatives.

Handle inbound fuel-related customer inquiries, assess needs, prepare accurate customized quotes using CRM and Excel, convert leads into new business, track interactions, follow up, and coordinate onboarding with field and internal teams.
