Process and validate payroll activities for employee groups across multiple countries, reviewing lifecycle changes, compensation, taxes, time, and absence data. Maintain payroll records, perform reconciliations and controls, resolve payroll inquiries with HR, Finance, country teams, and providers, and support reporting, audits, compliance, testing, transformation, and process improvements.

Provide on-site preventive maintenance, diagnosis, repair and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment. Deliver customer support during field visits, produce service reports, document processes, operate a vehicle and field automation tools, and recommend equipment improvements to maximize availability and performance.

Manage strategic customer accounts, drive direct sales and revenue growth, develop account plans, negotiate contracts, identify new business, and expand customer relationships. Provide consultative support on technical, operational, and product solutions while coordinating implementations, escalations, reporting, and internal collaboration. The role requires strong knowledge of payment systems and financial services, high-quota sales experience, customer advocacy, and executive-level relationship management in a hybrid environment with customer travel.
