Leads enterprise FP&A consolidation, forecasting, annual planning, strategic planning, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and executive and Board-ready financial materials. Partners with finance and business leaders to identify trends, challenge assumptions, manage forecast risks, and support strategic decisions. Drives AI, automation, and process improvements while contributing to M&A integration, restructuring, valuation, ROIC, benchmarking, and capital allocation analyses.

Provides administrative, logistical, reporting, and coordination support for broad-scale projects. Develops project plans, tracks milestones and data, coordinates weekly updates, reviews documentation, follows up on requests, ensures reporting accuracy and compliance, and recommends process improvements. Supports project managers, team members, and less experienced staff while communicating clearly with English- and Italian-speaking audiences.

Manages complex customer accounts and drives retention, renewals, revenue growth, and new business opportunities. Develops sales strategies, negotiates with customers, creates customized technology proposals, and builds executive-level relationships. Advises internal teams on strategic account issues, monitors sales metrics, and develops best practices. The role requires substantial account management and direct sales experience, retail operations knowledge, CRM proficiency, and travel up to 50%.
