The Senior Talent Management Specialist designs and implements performance management programs, supports workforce planning, facilitates succession planning, and analyzes talent metrics to align with organizational goals.

Support R&D development of AI/agent-based engineering tools and hardware-related software utilities. Assist in prototyping, testing, automation of validation/diagnostics, data collection, and collaborate with hardware/firmware/software teams to build AI-driven workflows and developer utilities.

Lead and execute LEAN initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity across services and production. Apply LEAN tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 6S), design future-state processes, implement low-level automation, track cost reductions and ROI, train and coach teams, and develop measurement systems to sustain continuous improvement.
