Support delivery and execution of retail self-checkout and related implementations: plan projects, lead small implementations, test and troubleshoot systems, manage stock and documentation, update tracking/risk/issues, liaise with customers and sales, deliver training, and escalate complex issues.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure and on-premises infrastructure; implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines; administer containers and registries; automate deployments (blue-green/canary/rolling); monitor, troubleshoot, and secure platforms; govern secrets and permissions; produce documentation and runbooks; collaborate with Dev, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Lead customer success for large retail/software accounts, build strategic customer relationships, drive account financial health, identify upsell/cross-sell, supervise complex SaaS implementations and deployments, act as trusted advisor and occasional interim project manager, and ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
