Partner with sales to design and position end-to-end retail services solutions focused on store operations, in-store technology, deployment, maintenance, managed services, and lifecycle support. Support full sales cycle from discovery to contract close, define rollout strategies and field service models, coordinate delivery and operations teams, provide demonstrations and technical guidance, and feed performance insights back into product and portfolio teams to drive continuous improvement.

Lead and oversee Account Management for an assigned country: set strategy and metrics, drive revenue, retention and renewals, manage P&L, coach teams to meet performance KPIs, negotiate with customers, and develop customized solutions and growth plans. Up to 50% travel.

Lead pre-sales engagements for Android mobility solutions: design integrated device+MDM+software solutions, run demos/POCs, support RFPs, and guide deployments to maximize uptime and TCO while coordinating delivery and support teams.
