Provide executive leadership for Didlake's disability services portfolio, driving strategic growth, program and operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership to expand employment and community participation outcomes across multi-site programs.

Lead day-to-day operations of assigned contract(s), ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction, manage budgets, staffing, KPIs, safety, and quality. Supervise frontline supervisors, recruit and develop staff, liaise with customers and corporate teams, support employees with disabilities, and maintain required reporting, training, and documentation.

Supervise and inspect janitorial staff to ensure quality; train, coach, and support employees (including those with disabilities); manage staffing, attendance, timecards, supplies and equipment; ensure safety and policy compliance; assist hiring and maintain required documentation and training.
