Operate corporate vehicles to transport products, materials, and personnel across the DC/MD/VA area. Plan routes, perform daily vehicle maintenance checks, maintain positive customer relations, distribute internal mail and supplies, and follow safety and DOT requirements.

Supervise daily janitorial operations, lead and coach cleaning staff, manage staffing and schedules, ensure safety and quality standards, maintain supplies and equipment, complete reports, and oversee specialized commercial floor care.

Support the Project Manager overseeing custodial and environmental operations at a NAVFAC regional site. Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance; manage chemical purchasing and inventory; monitor contract performance and quality control; supervise, hire, train, and document staff (including time studies); coordinate with the Contracting Officer; prepare reports; transport staff and supplies; and maintain required credentials and background checks.
