Provides individualized employment services for people with disabilities, including vocational assessments, job development, placement, coaching, workplace training, and follow-along support. Manages an independent caseload, service plans, documentation, billing, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with referral agencies and support systems, delivers transition services to students, and builds employer relationships through outreach, job fairs, and inclusion education. Daily travel is required to provide community-based services.

Supervises janitorial staff, including employees with significant disabilities, while performing and inspecting cleaning work. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, training and coaching employees, monitoring attendance and timecards, maintaining supplies and equipment, enforcing safety procedures, coordinating accommodations with rehabilitation staff, assisting with hiring, and completing required documentation.

Supervises janitorial staff and coordinates cleaning operations, quality inspections, equipment maintenance, supplies, safety, training, scheduling, documentation, and workplace conduct. Supports employees with significant disabilities by providing guidance, accommodations, and work-skill development. The role also addresses performance and attendance, communicates with project management and government staff, and responds to building emergencies and special projects.
