Teams at Didgwalic Wellness Center

Welcomes and assists patients, schedules medical, behavioral health, and substance-use appointments, processes walk-ins, updates EHR and kiosk information, and explains treatment procedures while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. The role also supports child watch by supervising children, leading activities, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and responding to emergencies. Additional duties include front-desk supply management, occasional security screening coverage, and coordination with clinical staff.
