Designs and implements scalable architectures for structured and unstructured data, collaborating with data engineers and stakeholders. The role develops reliable Big Data and AI architectures, supports business-case-driven architecture decisions, leads projects and workstreams, and communicates complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. It requires consulting experience, large-scale data expertise, cloud and database knowledge, team leadership, and professional fluency in German and English.

Lead architecture for Salesforce multi-cloud solutions and MuleSoft integrations. Define solution and enterprise architecture (data, integration, security, identity), enforce governance and CI/CD, lead cross-functional teams, coach developers, run design sessions, and deliver hands-on PoCs, performance/scaling and release planning.

Own product backlog, gather business requirements, write user stories, prioritize work, manage software and e-commerce projects, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, foster team growth, and apply a data-driven, analytical mindset.
