Perform end-to-end CAE/FEA for automotive aluminum castings: design and optimize castings in CAD, run static/dynamic/nonlinear/fatigue simulations, lead lightweighting and structural optimization, interpret results into design recommendations, produce technical reports and presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for validation and manufacturability.

Perform HR administrative and operational duties including HRIS and payroll management (ADP), benefits administration, recruiting/onboarding, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, training, reporting (EEO-1, VETS, AAP), and supporting safety and engagement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Lead and manage U.S. import compliance with CBP and UFLPA requirements. Oversee risk assessments, supplier due diligence, CBP engagements, rebuttal packages, audits, policy development, training, and cross-functional guidance to ensure forced-labor prevention and traceability across the supply chain.

Support Finance Manager by performing month- and year-end closings, account and intercompany reconciliations, internal audits, AR support, tax and audit documentation, financial reporting, and process improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Operate metallurgical lab equipment to test aluminum and cast wheels, prepare specimens, record and interpret results, produce test reports, train production staff, and maintain safety and documentation.

Lead aluminum casting simulation, validate trials, optimize casting processes, and support downstream machining and assembly. Drive mold design, defect prevention, process standards, documentation, cross-functional troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Occasional travel to China and Mexico.

Administer and audit multi-state payroll and timekeeping within Paylocity. Ensure tax, wage-and-hour, and recordkeeping compliance; process deductions and payroll taxes; respond to employee inquiries; prepare payroll reports and support audits, year-end activities, and compliance filings. Train staff, maintain HRIS integrity, and recommend process improvements.

Provide technical support and system administration for servers, networks, endpoints, and business applications. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365, support cybersecurity initiatives, maintain backups/patching, assist audits/compliance, document procedures, and train end users to ensure business continuity and data integrity.

Support and implement plant quality systems and processes, manage internal and customer concerns, assist audits and corrective actions, provide quality training, lead continuous improvement (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC), liaise with customers and suppliers, and conduct project reporting in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Unload finished wheels, inspect and label products, stage items for loading, follow safety and 5S procedures, meet daily KPIs, and support team tasks as directed by supervisors.

Provides general office and clerical support including answering phones, greeting visitors, mail and supply management, HRIS recordkeeping, event and vendor coordination, invoice processing, uniform and inventory management, community outreach support, and ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks.

Provide SAP system support and administration, ensure inventory accuracy and master data integrity, generate operational and financial reports, support month-/year-end closes, coordinate audits, and implement process improvements across Finance and Operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external IT resources.

Administer and audit employee benefit programs (health, retirement, leave, wellness), ensure multi-state legal compliance, manage enrollments and vendor relationships, maintain benefits data in Paylocity/HRIS, lead open enrollment, support reporting and employee communications, and oversee leave administration and related audits.

Supervise melt, mold maintenance, and casting teams; manage production quantity, quality, yield, cost, safety, and continuous improvement. Coach and document employee performance, ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP, report production data, perform daily LPAs and safety checks, and operate equipment as needed. Support the Hot Side Manager and fill in during absences.
