Maintain ATF regulatory compliance for Diamondback Firearms: manage bound book records, perform inventories, oversee transfers/shipments/4473s, train staff, handle traces and lost/stolen reports, create and maintain compliance procedures and spreadsheets, and support day-to-day compliance operations.

Oversee and direct all production floor operations including anodizing, sandblasting, cerakoting, and powder coating. Manage schedules, machine resources, inventory, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and team development while writing procedures to improve efficiency and leading production meetings.

Perform sandblasting operations on CNC-finished parts, maintain abrasive supplies and equipment, mask and prepare surfaces, inspect final product quality, keep part counts and shift logs, follow SOPs, and maintain clean, safe work areas.
