Patrol assigned parking lots to enforce parking rules, provide customer service, perform light sweeping and litter removal, and use smartphone/handheld devices for reporting. Training provided.

Manage daily operations of a self-storage facility including inspections, tenant account management, payments, reservations, rental agreements, collections, property cleaning, minor maintenance, and reviewing daily reports while delivering strong customer service.
