Leads the company’s IT strategy, roadmap, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business systems, data and analytics, manufacturing technology, and technology partnerships. Oversees ERP/MRP, CRM, MES, cloud services, system integration, business continuity, and outsourced IT providers. Builds and develops the internal IT organization, manages budgets and technology initiatives, partners with business and manufacturing leaders, and ensures technology improves reliability, productivity, decision-making, security, and company growth.

Owns the company’s ERP and core business applications, including CSI, Salesforce, and Shopify. Leads system integrations, APIs, data flows, workflow automation, process improvements, system training, and user adoption. Partners with functional teams to translate business needs into technology solutions, manages business-system projects and vendors, and ensures reliable system performance, data quality, governance, and process standardization.

Leads the Manufacturing Engineering team and drives process improvement, lean execution, equipment reliability, facilities support, and production sustainment. Responsibilities include team development, production issue resolution, root cause analysis, tooling and fixture improvements, preventive maintenance, equipment replacement recommendations, contractor coordination, and cross-functional support for equipment and facility projects. The role ensures improvements are documented, implemented, trained, and sustained.
