Lead day-to-day production for Apple device deployments: coordinate workflows, image/configure/test/label/package MacBooks and iPads, verify configurations and asset tagging, troubleshoot issues, maintain inventory, train team members, ensure quality, data security, and client specs, and report progress to management.

Drives inside sales and business development by prospecting, scheduling appointments, understanding customer needs, communicating value propositions, and supporting account directors. Responsibilities include preparing quotes and reports, onboarding new customers, conducting cold outreach, maintaining accurate CRM records, and delivering responsive customer service. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, motivation, and proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
