Supports Executive Account Directors by managing customer setup, preparing quotes and reports, maintaining CRM data, scheduling appointments, communicating value propositions, and generating new business through cold calling, email, and customer networks. The role combines customer service, sales development, account support, and relationship management while requiring strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Leads daily Apple device deployment activities on the production floor, including imaging, configuration, testing, labeling, packaging, inventory tracking, and quality verification. Coordinates workloads, monitors progress, troubleshoots issues, trains team members, communicates project status, and identifies process improvements. Ensures deployments meet client specifications, security requirements, production schedules, and quality standards while serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational questions.

Manages pickup coordination, device deployment, recovery, and service projects. Oversees Project Managers, Logistics Coordinators, and Recovery Specialists, ensuring scheduling, reporting, ERP and Salesforce updates, accurate intake, customer evaluations, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery. Collaborates with customer success, logistics, shipping, receiving, internal teams, and third-party providers while coaching staff and developing operational processes.
