Develops and wins new business for RF rotary joint products, manages customer relationships, translates technical requirements, and prepares quotes and proposals. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and customer service to support orders and delivery. Tracks opportunities, forecasts sales, reports market activity, supports trade shows and marketing, and travels up to 25% to support customers and business development.

Manage full-cycle accounting and financial close, lead Actual Cost and cost accounting for manufacturing, maintain inventory and job costing, support DCAA-compliant government contract reporting, improve ERP processes, and provide financial analysis to operations and leadership.

Design, analyze, and test RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave systems for rotary joints and slip rings. Perform measurements (S-parameters, VSWR), simulations (HFSS/CST/ADS), troubleshooting, prototype qualification, documentation, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams.
