Design, analyze, and test RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave systems for rotary joints and slip rings. Perform measurements (S-parameters, VSWR), simulations (HFSS/CST/ADS), troubleshooting, prototype qualification, documentation, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Lead cross-functional RF engineering programs from concept to production: manage schedules, budgets, risks, ECRs, and stakeholder communications; coordinate design and readiness reviews; ensure contractual, regulatory, and quality compliance while driving program performance and customer satisfaction.

Design and analyze mechanical components for RF and electromechanical products. Create 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings, perform tolerance analysis and GD&T, support NPI/prototypes/testing, collaborate with manufacturing/quality/supply chain, lead root-cause investigations, maintain configuration control/ECOs, work within ISO/AS9100 and ITAR/CUI environments, and mentor junior engineers.
