Manages clinical operations in a dialysis unit and supervises nursing personnel to ensure safe, compliant patient care. Performs dialysis nursing duties, oversees treatments and patient assessments, monitors clinical outcomes, audits documentation and physician orders, supports QAPI initiatives, coordinates staffing and patient scheduling, trains clinical staff, and ensures vascular access documentation. Requires a current New York RN license, accredited nursing education, and two years of dialysis experience.

Manages dialysis facility operations and nursing personnel while ensuring safe, efficient hemodialysis treatments. Provides direct patient care as needed, schedules patients and staff, implements clinical and regulatory standards, leads training and competency assessments, coordinates QAPI and risk management initiatives, and collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams. Supervises nursing, social work, dietary, and technical staff while identifying operational efficiencies and supporting patient-care initiatives.

Supervise nursing personnel and coordinate safe, high-quality dialysis care. Oversee dialysis treatment initiation and completion, patient scheduling, education, documentation, laboratory work, infection control, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Communicate patient status and orders to physicians, lead nursing teams, support staff training, contribute to performance reviews, and manage clinic operations in the nurse manager’s absence.
