Own the full sales cycle for channel-generated small-business leads, from initial engagement through close. Build tailored SaaS solutions, develop pipeline, achieve revenue quotas, and support channel partners with lead qualification and deal execution. Collaborate with marketing, sales engineers, and managers while managing forecasts and continuously improving sales performance. The role is hybrid in Pasig City and requires working US Pacific core hours with strong English and digital communication skills.

Build scalable automated testing frameworks and test strategies for AI-driven contact center products. Develop functional, regression, UI, API, database, capacity, security, and performance tests; analyze failures; define quality KPIs; participate in design reviews; integrate testing into CI pipelines; and mentor engineers. The role requires validating non-deterministic AI behavior and enterprise-scale SaaS reliability across microservices.
