Teams at Dialpad

Lead strategic ISV partnerships and manage Dialpad's App Marketplace to drive integrations, adoption, co-sell/resell revenue, and marketplace monetization. Negotiate agreements, build joint business plans, track partner performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement API integrations and go-to-market initiatives.

Provide technical support and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

As a Sales Engineer III, you will conduct product demos, manage proof of concepts, and work with the Sales team to meet customer requirements using Dialpad's AI-powered solutions.
