Develop and maintain scalable data warehouse models and curated datasets using dbt and Snowflake. Build batch and event-driven pipelines with Snowpipe and EventBridge, implement data quality monitoring and alerting, participate in technical design and code reviews, and champion data governance, anonymization, privacy, and access controls for sensitive health data.

Build, improve, and operate mission-critical backend applications and API services for Dialogue’s virtual care platform. The role includes prioritizing work with product managers, creating technical designs, writing maintainable code and tests, and mentoring developers through reviews, documentation, and guidance. Candidates will architect and ship significant software initiatives while applying distributed systems, API design, data structures, algorithms, databases, and cloud infrastructure expertise.

Own social media growth and integrated B2B marketing campaigns from strategy through execution. Manage community engagement, paid social, employee advocacy, social SEO, event promotion, demand generation, performance analytics, and reporting. Coordinate with content, events, growth, and go-to-market teams to align messaging with funnel stages and sales priorities. Track qualified leads, pipeline contribution, audience growth, engagement, conversions, and channel ROI, using insights to optimize campaign performance.
