Lead day-to-day business operations of a design studio, driving operational excellence, financial oversight, resourcing, and administrative services. Collaborate with studio leadership and SOM peers to implement strategy, monitor project performance and wellbeing, improve processes and policies, and foster a positive studio culture that supports delivery and engagement.

Lead pursuit strategy and craft client-focused proposals and marketing materials. Conduct opportunity searches, write and edit persuasive non-technical content, manage assets (resumes, photography), and support marketing initiatives across teams under tight deadlines.

Support implementation and maintenance of BIM processes and BEPs, manage project models and worksharing, run model audits and clash detection, coordinate multidisciplinary models via cloud platforms, track and resolve issues, and provide Revit/BIM support and continuous improvement for project delivery.
