DIALOG Benefits Overview

Lead marketing and business development for DIALOG’s private-sector practice, developing market strategies, managing pursuit pipelines, coordinating proposals, and overseeing content and asset planning. The role includes opportunity research, CRM management, go/no-go support, communications planning, awards and conference initiatives, public relations opportunities, and client engagement. Success requires strong writing, facilitation, organization, relationship-building, and Adobe InDesign skills, with experience in AEC or complex B2B professional services.

Designs electrical systems for mixed-use, healthcare, institutional, and commercial buildings, including lighting, power, fire alarm, communications, security, and data systems. Prepares reports, specifications, contract documents, and BIM/Revit models; supports contract administration, construction meetings, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Applies Canadian electrical and building codes and contributes throughout project delivery. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and mentors junior staff.

Partners with Toronto studio leaders and employees on HR strategy, employee relations, performance, development, engagement, workforce planning, succession, and retention. Leads talent initiatives, culture-building events, employee experience improvements, and people analytics efforts. Serves as a trusted advisor while fostering inclusive, high-performing workplace culture and aligning firm-wide talent programs with business priorities.
