Coordinate clients, consultants, and internal teams; mentor staff; oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, forecasting, invoicing, and business development. Maintain quality, resolve project impediments, and support client relationships. Travel up to 15%; hybrid role in Kansas City.

Design and produce electrical MEP drawings and calculations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and BIM, attend client meetings, perform site surveys/inspections, recommend equipment, and support project delivery and mentorship.

Senior MEP mechanical engineer/designer responsible for independent HVAC and equipment design, code review, coordination with BIM and other disciplines, energy compliance, client communication, quality review of others' work, responding to RFIs/submittals, and mentoring junior engineers.
