Engineering interns will support mechanical, electrical, or plumbing design teams on real-world MEP projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering teams, conducting research and data collection, assisting with experiments, troubleshooting, preparing technical documentation, and supporting project tasks. Candidates should be enrolled in an engineering degree program, demonstrate strong academic performance and analytical skills, and communicate effectively. Prior engineering internship or project experience is preferred but not required.

Lead MEP mechanical design work including HVAC and equipment selection, produce accurate technical drawings, perform code review and energy compliance, coordinate with BIM and other disciplines, review peers' work, present technical solutions to clients, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and calculate electrical MEP systems, produce layouts and detailed drawings, coordinate with disciplines and BIM, evaluate equipment feasibility, attend client meetings, support project coordination and delivery, perform site surveys/inspections, and mentor or assist junior staff.
