Support contract lifecycle management by reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing agreements; maintain contract repositories; coordinate execution, renewals, and legal correspondence; identify discrepancies and escalate; partner with internal teams to support operational needs and assist with reporting, audits, and special projects.
