Provides first-line HR support through calls and emails, resolves employee and manager queries, updates HR data, manages case records, and escalates issues appropriately. Acts as a Workday and HR tools subject matter expert, coaches users on HR processes and compliance, supports employee lifecycle events and HR projects, maintains accurate documentation and audit trails, and recommends process improvements. The role also supports translation needs and engages stakeholders in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Provides technical expertise on barley and malt quality across malt distilling operations. Analyzes quality data, manages supplier performance, supports audits and compliance, leads root-cause investigations and continuous improvement, and contributes to crop assessments and barley allocation. The role partners with suppliers, maltsters, laboratories, procurement, and operational teams while coaching stakeholders and representing the company in industry forums.

Lead process improvement and transformational projects across malt distilling operations. Use data analysis, root cause investigation, and technical expertise to improve safety, efficiency, sustainability, and performance. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Technical, Procurement, and Risk teams; conduct process risk assessments; benchmark performance; coach stakeholders; and drive structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
