The Controller leads accounting, billing, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, cash-flow management, internal controls, and regulatory reporting across multiple home health, hospice, and home care units. This role supervises accounting and billing teams, coordinates audits, ensures GAAP compliance, manages receivables and payables, prepares financial statements and cost reports, and supports executive decision-making, planning, and financial analysis.
