Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process: monitor EDI, maintain customer and pricing data in the ERP, process orders (including manual NetSuite entry), coordinate with warehouse for fulfillment, manage customer communications, prepare quotes, generate sales reports, maintain documentation and train sales staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.

Pick, package, label, and palletize customer orders in the distribution center. Assist with assembly, unloading containers, receiving and putting away inventory, and data entry. Follow safety rules and work collaboratively to improve processes.

Perform core accounting tasks including AP/AR processing, monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, inventory analysis, and financial reporting. Drive automation and process improvements using Excel, ERP (NetSuite), and AI tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document SOPs, support ERP optimization, and handle confidential financial information.

Manage LTL shipments by coordinating carriers, preparing bills of lading and packing lists, maintaining shipment records, ensuring proper packing and compliance, resolving freight issues, performing cycle counts, and supporting warehouse safety and housekeeping to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
