Lead the creative vision, writing, storytelling standards, audience performance, and financial results for a flagship YouTube channel. Generate concepts, write and revise scripts, manage a high-volume pipeline producing five scripts weekly, use analytics to improve content, partner across production and distribution, control budgets and efficiency, and recruit and develop writers and creative producers. This in-person Los Angeles role requires hands-on creative leadership, fast decision-making, and strong operational and business judgment.

Lead the creative vision and business performance of the flagship YouTube channel. Develop ideas, write and refine scripts, manage a high-volume creative pipeline, use analytics to improve audience performance, oversee writers and creative producers, and partner with production, finance, distribution, and post-production. The role also owns budgets, workflow efficiency, team development, and delivery of five production-ready scripts weekly in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

The Assistant Editor supports post-production by organizing, relinking, syncing, and consolidating media and project files. They prepare VFX and color turnovers, manage digital assets and metadata, create proxies and alternate versions, QC final masters, maintain backups and archives, and track deliveries. The role requires strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills, knowledge of post-production formats and workflows, careful asset management, and proactive communication in a high-volume episodic content environment.
