Collects recurring data from department heads, enters it into Google Sheets and other systems, verifies accuracy, flags discrepancies, and builds reports, charts, graphs, and dashboards. Maintains standardized templates and creates basic spreadsheet automations using formulas, lookups, conditional formatting, and data validation. Coordinates reporting deadlines through organized follow-up with multiple departments. This fully remote, full-time role works PST hours and reports to the Systems and Automation Lead.

Freelance Writer responsible for developing and scripting original, family-friendly digital video content for Dhar Mann Studios. Duties include ideating concepts, creating outlines and beat sheets, writing and polishing scripts in screenplay format, meeting frequent deadlines, analyzing platform trends and audience behavior, and collaborating with showrunners, script managers, analytics, and production teams. The role requires strong dialogue, pacing, visual storytelling, YA content expertise, and familiarity with creator-led programming across major digital platforms.

Direct, shoot, and edit short, cinematic, story-driven videos for social media. Responsibilities include planning shots, directing actors, operating cameras, editing narrative cuts, adding basic color correction and sound design, and owning creative projects from concept through completion in a fast-paced studio environment.
