Create motion graphics, UI animations, micro-interactions, and interactive Rive and Lottie animations for digital products, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand experiences. Collaborate with Product, Design, Brand, and Marketing teams, use AI-powered creative tools, and optimize animations for web and mobile performance while maintaining brand consistency.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and registration for Authorised Persons, including KYC and document verification, IPV coordination, agreement execution, exchange submissions, regulatory follow-ups, modifications, cancellations, record maintenance, status tracking, and MIS reporting. Coordinate with partners, relationship managers, internal teams, and stock exchanges to resolve issues and complete applications accurately within required timelines.

Support authorised persons and partners through calls, chats, and emails involving trading, accounts, payouts, compliance, and operational processes. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries within SLAs, assist with platform onboarding and training, maintain interaction records, prepare reports, communicate updates, and identify recurring issues and process improvements to strengthen partner satisfaction and retention.
