Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for CXOs, senior leaders, and employees, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, itineraries, changes, and cancellations. Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors, maintain travel records, process invoices, support finance reconciliations, and enforce company travel policies. The role requires strong organization, communication, vendor management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Own and scale YouTube and Instagram from the ground up by developing channel strategy, content pillars, publishing processes, long-form and short-form programming, SEO, and growth experiments. Coordinate editors, designers, videographers, guests, and creators; review content quality; repurpose material across platforms; and track metrics including CTR, watch time, retention, reach, saves, followers, subscribers, and engagement.

Manage inbound client queries across app, chat, WhatsApp, and email; resolve or triage issues; maintain accurate CRM records; track interactions through closure; meet response SLAs; and coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Product Specialists to deliver a consistent client experience.
