Leads the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, cost-efficient AWS cloud solutions. Creates comprehensive cloud application architectures and develops robust AWS-based applications for an aerospace and defense client. The role is onsite in Melbourne, Florida, follows a 9/80 schedule, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance, Security+ or equivalent DoD IAT Level II certification, a bachelor's degree, nine years of relevant experience, and U.S. citizenship.

Conduct an independent review of a state health data infrastructure modernization project. Assess acquisition and lifecycle costs, architecture, implementation readiness, alternatives, security, risks, and operating-cost impacts. Build a Microsoft Excel cost-benefit model, conduct stakeholder interviews and risk workshops, author a formal executive report, present findings to the state CIO, and provide weekly progress updates. The short-term W2 engagement requires approximately 30–35 working days and at least two onsite visits to Montpelier, Vermont.
