Responsibilities include prospecting and meeting decision-makers, developing sales, achieving revenue and gross-profit goals, maintaining daily CRM records, and handling additional assignments. The role prefers two years of outside sales experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with technical applications and mechanical systems.

Provides administrative and customer service support, including invoicing, payment processing, account maintenance, service request entry, contract coordination, credit card reconciliation, customer communications, and front desk coverage. The role also supports team-building and community outreach activities while meeting billing and documentation deadlines.
