Performs general ledger review, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, fixed-asset maintenance, accounts receivable reconciliation, and financial reporting support. Assists with internal controls, job budgets, contract schedules, and external audits. The role requires strong accounting, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and Excel skills, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Leads regional finance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, cash flow improvement, compliance, internal controls, and capital allocation. Oversees and develops the finance team while partnering with regional and executive leadership on profitability, operational performance, investments, and growth. Manages relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, legal advisors, and other external stakeholders.

Performs job costing, overhead and profitability analysis, budgeting, capital investment tracking, account reconciliations, inventory control, and month-end and year-end close support. Maintains fixed asset records, processes intercompany rebills, supports audits, develops financial reporting tools, and recommends cost savings. Partners with business unit and operational managers to communicate financial information and support financial decision-making.
