Manage a pipeline of enterprise financial reporting software opportunities for ActiveDisclosure. Prospect, qualify, and close deals (typically $50K–$500K), engage field sales and implementation teams, maintain Salesforce forecasts, and coordinate post-sale handoffs.

Develop and execute B2B content strategies and assets from concept to delivery. Create campaign content across web, email, events, and paid channels; align messaging to personas and buyer journey stages; collaborate with subject matter experts, compliance, sales, and partners; track and optimize performance using analytics and A/B testing; manage feedback, timelines, and co-branded collateral.

Serve as the Zendesk subject-matter expert for Professional Services: configure and optimize Zendesk workflows, gather and document requirements, design intake-to-delivery solutions, support integrations and governance, and drive change management, security, and stakeholder enablement.
