Provides legal advice on M&A, corporate, commercial, and foreign direct investment matters. Responsibilities include legal due diligence, research, drafting and negotiating agreements, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, client communication, and coordination with government authorities. The role also supports other lawyers and requires strong knowledge of Thai law, English proficiency, teamwork, and occasional travel from the Bangkok office.

Provide Lao legal advice on corporate and commercial matters; draft, review and negotiate contracts; manage client matters and government applications; lead due diligence; supervise junior staff; support business development and firm knowledge initiatives.

Assist the Accounting Team with financial transactions, administrative support, and report preparation during a 3-month internship, which may lead to a junior position.
