The role focuses on process improvement, workflow automation, Salesforce-based solutions, stakeholder workshops, and collaboration with designers and developers using Figma. Candidates should have a recent business or information systems degree, 1–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of process mapping and control frameworks.

Manage the bank’s supplier relationships across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, contracts, renewals, performance, commercial reviews, spend, and third-party risk. Maintain accurate supplier records and management information, coordinate activities across internal stakeholders, provide oversight and challenge to relationship owners, and identify risks, issues, cost-saving opportunities, and service improvements for governance forums.
