The Prudential Risk Senior Manager will provide second-line oversight of capital, liquidity, funding, and IRRBB risks. Reporting to the CRO, the role partners with Finance and Treasury, reviews ICAAP, ILAAP, recovery and resolution plans, monitors prudential regulation, challenges regulatory reporting, supports risk framework development, and prepares risk management information for senior management and committees.

Entry-level finance role supporting the Financial Controller across accounts payable, reconciliations, intercompany balances, month-end and audit support. Responsibilities include bank and balance sheet reconciliations, cash transfers, portfolio reconciliations, controls testing, documentation, and process improvements, with exposure to FP&A, treasury and regulatory reporting. Training, mentoring, and ad-hoc project work available.

Manage qualified and junior accountants, oversee management accounts, tax returns, financial reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and IFRS-compliant accounts. Lead risk and control improvements, finance automation, AI initiatives, and cross-functional business projects. Support audits, stakeholder management, internal policies, accounting memos, and compliance documentation while partnering with senior leaders and external tax advisors.
