Supports marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels through content creation, social media scheduling, email marketing, market research, event coordination, and campaign performance tracking. Maintains content calendars, marketing databases, customer lists, and digital assets while coordinating vendors, photoshoots, promotional activities, and administrative tasks. Ensures brand consistency and collaborates with marketing managers, internal teams, and external partners.

Supervise daily food and beverage operations across food court and bar locations. Lead, train, and schedule staff; maintain food safety, sanitation, service, and operational standards; resolve guest concerns; oversee inventory, cash handling, POS use, reporting, opening and closing procedures; and support events, banquets, and special food service activities.

Develop and execute social media strategies for an indoor attraction park across major platforms. Create photography, videography, graphics, short-form video, and campaigns; manage community engagement, influencers, reputation, and brand voice; analyze performance and report insights; support digital marketing, public relations, website updates, and promotional initiatives. The role requires hands-on content production, strong platform knowledge, creativity, organization, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
