Teams at Dexus

Supports the Listed Investor Relations team by responding to broker and institutional investor queries, monitoring broker coverage and consensus forecasts, preparing internal and Board reporting, coordinating information across Dexus teams, and helping deliver investor communications. The role also involves building internal and external relationships and attending occasional investor meetings and property tours.

Lead investor relations activities for Dexus’s real estate funds, including institutional investor and adviser relationship management, capital raising, investor targeting and retention strategies, stakeholder engagement, and preparation of communications and reporting materials. Partner with fund management, operations, marketing, and capital distribution teams to deliver investor outcomes and support platform growth.

Provides proactive executive and team support to the Executive General Manager of Alternative Investments and the broader leadership platform. Responsibilities include complex diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, preparation of briefing materials, correspondence management, leadership event logistics, stakeholder liaison, and follow-up on business priorities. The role requires strong organization, judgment, autonomy, communication, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.
