Design intuitive web and mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct user research and usability testing, improve user journeys, maintain design systems, and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Translate complex requirements into accessible, visually compelling experiences and iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and business goals.

Serves as the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, data teams, and product development. Elicits requirements, leads demos and UAT, performs gap analysis, creates technical documentation and BPMN workflow diagrams, maintains knowledge bases, builds performance reports, and writes complex SQL queries for analysis. Requires strong database, visualization, stakeholder management, and communication skills, plus experience delivering client-facing technical projects.

Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, invoice and ledger reconciliation, GST and TDS compliance, banking reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and MIS reporting.
