Serve as central contact for tenants and customers; track and document work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, warranties, and service requests; operate CMMS (NCMMS/Maximo); manage email/phone triage; generate reports; handle scheduling, electronic filing, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.

Oversee daily operation and maintenance of facilities, ensure compliance with regulations, manage contractors, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Lead multiple remote hospitality sites: design and implement scalable operational systems, drive process improvements, manage budgets/P&L, ensure HSEQ compliance, coach site leaders, handle client escalations, and oversee workforce planning, audits, and emergency preparedness in fly-in/fly-out northern operations.
