Manages remote camp and catering operations, including housekeeping, kitchen services, staff supervision, scheduling, payroll, client relations, safety, inventory, cleanliness, food quality, budgeting, reporting, room bookings, and minor maintenance troubleshooting. The role operates on a three-weeks-on, three-weeks-off rotation in remote Northwestern Ontario locations and requires travel to and from camp sites.

Prepares high-volume scratch meals, specials, and catered dishes while maintaining quality, nutrition, presentation, food safety, and cost controls. Supports inventory, customer relations, kitchen operations, staff safety, allergy awareness, and continuous service improvement under the Chef Manager. This seasonal role requires producing 250+ meals daily and working collaboratively with culinary and operations teams.

Coordinates daily remote camp operations, including workforce schedules, flight manifests, rooming, check-in/out, inventory, commissary activities, audits, HSEQ documentation, reporting, training records, and emergency drill logistics. Supervises housekeeping and supports purchasing, compliance, client reporting, and workforce coordination. The role operates on a rotational fly-in/fly-out basis in Nunavut and requires adaptability to remote conditions, safety-sensitive work, and extreme weather.
