Lead facilities management and custodial services for a university account. Act as primary client contact, manage budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, recruit and mentor on-site teams, conduct quality audits, optimize workforce planning, drive revenue growth, and maintain high client satisfaction and contract profitability.

The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Prepare scratch-made, locally sourced meals for high-volume service (250+ daily). Maintain food safety, cost controls, inventory, presentation, and customer relations while supporting Chef Manager and operational goals.
