Dexterity Benefits Overview

Supports day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll administration, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, processes vendor invoices and payments, manages 1099 reporting, administers biweekly ADP payroll, and resolves accounting and payroll discrepancies. Partners with Finance and People Operations to maintain accurate financial and employee data.

Provide Tier 2 application and software support for deployed physical-AI systems: diagnose issues using logs, telemetry, and DBs; implement hot-fixes and runbooks; embed at customer sites for NPI and long-term support; collaborate with TAC, Product Support, and Engineering to improve reliability and tooling.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll ensure successful pilot outcomes for Dexterity's robotic solutions, address customer challenges, and optimize system performance through field experience and collaboration.
