Collaborate across perception, decision-making, trajectory generation, optimization, and control teams to remove compute bottlenecks, deploy software to production robots, and scale performance across fleets.

Develop production-grade robotics software for motion planning, collision checking, trajectory optimization, and robot trajectory generation. Build tooling, infrastructure, logging, metrics, and data pipelines to measure and improve motion-planning reliability and performance. Lead technical roadmaps, component research, design reviews, verification, DFMEA, design-for-manufacturing activities, and vendor interactions. Collaborate cross-functionally on electrical and mechanical system integration, regulatory qualification, product lifecycle management, and mass-production readiness. The role includes designing robotic end effectors and grippers and supporting customer and vendor projects requiring approximately 15% travel.
