Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across APAC to drive new business and partner expansion. Manage webinar and event setup, campaign nurture flows, lead capture and handover, performance reporting, budget tracking, and collaborate with global and local teams to localise assets and align activities.

Own post-onboarding customer journey for accounting partners in Canada and the US. Drive adoption, retention, and growth through consultative calls, strategic adoption plans, scalable trainings, proactive outreach, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce churn and hit KPIs.

Act as Dext's North America accounting and industry expert, influencing product strategy, go-to-market, and integrations. Represent the company externally, gather customer feedback, and support Sales, Marketing, and Product to align solutions with regional accounting practices and regulations.

Manage a portfolio of SMB partners in APAC (focus Australia) as the main escalated contact, drive product adoption via 1:many strategies (emails, webinars), identify and mitigate churn risk, communicate initiative progress, and generate expansion and cross-sell revenue.

Manage and maintain prospect and account data quality across Salesforce, Clay and Google Sheets. Perform deduplication, enrichment, validation, automation and Clay-to-Salesforce integrations. Identify and implement AI-powered GTM automation, improve CRM hygiene, reduce manual admin, and report on data quality and impact.
