Processes and tracks vehicle and equipment titles, registrations, and liens for leased and financed assets. Coordinates with DMVs, agencies, vendors, customers, dealers, legal counsel, and internal teams. Reviews agreements, completes title assignments and releases, resolves discrepancies and rejected filings, maintains accurate records, and ensures lien perfection and compliance with state-specific requirements before transactions close and fund.

Manage early-stage commercial finance collections portfolios, negotiate payment arrangements, resolve billing and payment disputes, assess account risk, document customer interactions, and escalate delinquent accounts when necessary. The role requires customer-focused communication, analytical problem-solving, regulatory compliance, basic mathematics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Equipment leasing, commercial finance, and lease or loan servicing experience are preferred.
