Teams at DEXSTA Federal Credit Union

Serves credit union members by managing accounts, processing transactions, opening and closing products, resolving inquiries, and explaining services. Identifies cross-selling opportunities and meets sales and lending goals. Interviews loan applicants, evaluates credit risk, prepares documentation, approves or denies consumer loans within policy, and closes and disburses approved loans. May work across branches and the Phone Center while complying with financial regulations and credit union procedures.
