The Sourcing Specialist will build and execute sourcing strategies, onboarding manufacturers, negotiating deals, and ensuring supply readiness. It requires strong technical and commercial fluency in procurement within a manufacturing environment.

Build full-stack features for robotics platform: own data model, Go backend services, and React/TypeScript front-ends. Develop internal tooling, realtime telemetry/video pipelines (WebRTC/WebSockets/gRPC/Zenoh), and operator interfaces. Collaborate on infrastructure and performance debugging in a hybrid, startup environment.

Entry-level role supporting Internal Operations by designing and delivering digital tools, automations and AI-enabled applications. Responsibilities include requirements gathering with procurement/finance/stores, data analysis, dashboarding, solution testing, documentation, and recommending AI-driven process improvements.
