Own high-priority cross-functional projects for the Chief of Staff, driving initiatives from scoping through delivery and handover. Coordinate contributors, track actions and deadlines, remove blockers, escalate risks, and ensure accountability through closure. Identify operational friction and implement process, tooling, and automation improvements. Help establish reusable execution best practices while collaborating with Business Operations and department leaders.

Supports the smooth operation of Dexory’s Wallingford office by managing supplies, stock, post, files, facilities coordination, travel arrangements, events, and general administrative tasks. The role works with colleagues, clients, and suppliers while maintaining a welcoming and organised workplace. It is intended for a recent graduate or early-career candidate with strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.

Develop and maintain Ruby-based parsers, API integrations, and data transformation logic connecting customer warehouse management systems to DexoryView. Build integrations using CSV, JSON, XML, Excel, REST, SOAP, and SFTP; write RSpec automated tests; debug production and customer-specific data issues; implement robust error handling; collaborate with engineering, support, product, and customers; and maintain technical documentation.
