Manage customer onboarding, adoption, training, success plans, account health, renewals, and upsell opportunities for DexoryView. Build strategic relationships with warehouse, operations, and leadership stakeholders, interpret operational data, and drive measurable customer outcomes. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering while gathering feedback to improve the platform. Frequent travel across the UK and Europe is required.

Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of warehouse automation customers across North America. Lead onboarding, training, workshops, success planning, adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Monitor account health and usage data, interpret warehouse and operational insights, troubleshoot deployment issues, and communicate customer feedback to Sales, Product, and Engineering. The role requires fluent Spanish, strong commercial and presentation skills, comfort with dashboards and back-end systems, and frequent travel to client sites.

Coordinate materials, components, supplier onboarding, purchase orders, inventory data, and delivery commitments in a manufacturing supply chain. Maintain accurate ERP/MRP records, monitor shortages and stock risks, prepare reports and KPIs, and support production planning. Partner with Buyers, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and suppliers to improve processes, resolve operational issues, and create scalable supply chain practices.
