Design and maintain automated robotic test stations combining mechanical, electrical, and software systems. Build data acquisition, logging, dashboards, and unattended durability testing with failure alerts. Qualify test equipment for accuracy and repeatability, run whole-robot and customer-condition tests, and support robot assembly, calibration, inventory, and lab safety. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues while supporting broader test engineering plans.

Run live robot demonstrations at company facilities, customer sites, and trade events. Prepare, calibrate, script, ship, troubleshoot, and repair robots; support sales calls and pilot deployments; train customer operators; create technical collateral; and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams. The role requires hands-on hardware work, real-time debugging, public presentation skills, approximately 30% travel, and physical work involving crates and cables.

Drive execution of the software platform roadmap by coordinating frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, AI/data, and robotics teams. Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, integration, testing, release readiness, production rollouts, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely platform releases.
