Teams at Dexmate

Run live robot demonstrations at company facilities, customer sites, and trade events. Prepare, calibrate, script, ship, troubleshoot, and repair robots; support sales calls and pilot deployments; train customer operators; create technical collateral; and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams. The role requires hands-on hardware work, real-time debugging, public presentation skills, approximately 30% travel, and physical work involving crates and cables.

Drive execution of the software platform roadmap by coordinating frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, AI/data, and robotics teams. Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, integration, testing, release readiness, production rollouts, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely platform releases.

Support the CEO across strategy, operations, fundraising, and investor communications; run research and prepare high-stakes materials; build operating systems, dashboards, SOPs; coordinate with customers, vendors, legal, finance, and banking to drive cross-functional execution.
