The Plant Controller leads financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory controls, capital expenditure analysis, month-end close, and internal controls across manufacturing locations. The role partners with plant leadership to improve profitability, optimize production costs, analyze variances, validate savings, and support operational decisions. Responsibilities also include maintaining standard costs, overseeing physical inventories, ensuring GAAP compliance, preparing financial statements, and supervising staff.

The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR Business Partner for multiple branch and distribution locations. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, leadership coaching, compliance, engagement, HRIS data integrity, and workforce analytics. The role partners with operational leaders to improve talent stability, employee experience, leadership capability, and consistent execution of HR processes across locations. Regular travel and onsite support in manufacturing and distribution environments are required.

Supports procurement and supply chain initiatives through supplier research, RFQs, sourcing analysis, make-versus-buy analysis, data collection, reporting, and project management. Collaborates with Engineering, Project Management, Production, and other cross-functional teams. The intern applies analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manufacturing and procurement projects while gaining practical experience.
