Supports procurement and supply chain initiatives through supplier research, RFQs, sourcing analysis, make-versus-buy analysis, data collection, reporting, and project management. Collaborates with Engineering, Project Management, Production, and other cross-functional teams. The intern applies analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manufacturing and procurement projects while gaining practical experience.

Supports safe receipt, verification, movement, and staging of materials in a manufacturing facility. Operates and inspects overhead, gantry, and bridge cranes after certification; secures loads, follows OSHA and company safety procedures, completes receiving documentation, assists with inventory control and cycle counts, and coordinates material flow with receiving, production, shipping, and inventory teams.

The HR Generalist manages day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment, including employee relations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave administration, performance management, training, HRIS maintenance, reporting, and workers’ compensation support. The role advises employees and leaders, coordinates investigations and employee lifecycle processes, maintains confidential records, supports audits and safety initiatives, and drives continuous improvement across HR programs and employee experience.
