Develops new B2B business throughout the Shreveport market by prospecting, qualifying leads, managing a sales pipeline, presenting DEX technology and business solutions, closing additional purchases, and maintaining customer relationships. The role operates independently, collaborates with sales support and management, reports activity, monitors market trends, and may supervise sales canvassers.

Generates qualified B2B sales opportunities through in-person canvassing, phone outreach, networking, and business research. Identifies decision-makers, qualifies prospects, schedules appointments for outside sales representatives, maintains CRM records, supports follow-up, and collaborates on territory strategies and local marketing activities. The role is primarily office-based with up to 20% local travel.

Provides administrative and sales support by setting appointments, prospecting, qualifying leads, managing sales logistics, preparing quotes and contracts, tracking transactions and expenses, resolving delivery issues, maintaining purchasing relationships, and coordinating customer training. The role serves as a primary client contact, supports the sales pipeline, and travels locally within an assigned territory as needed.
