Fractional (2–3 days/week) role focused on high editorial standards and credibility with senior engineering audiences.

First internal recruiter owning full-cycle hiring at Dex: scoping roles, proactive sourcing, screening, interview design, candidate experience, and closing senior software engineers. Build hiring processes, pipeline discipline, employer brand, and partner credibly with hiring managers to scale hiring efficiently.
