Own Dex’s data foundation as its first dedicated data hire. Design trusted data models, build pipelines, improve source instrumentation, create a self-service data platform, and structure data for analytical agents. Partner with product, growth, commercial, and operations teams to define meaningful metrics and answer complex business questions. Establish data quality, governance, and modeling standards while helping build the future data function.

Own end-to-end client relationships for AI startup and scaleup hiring. Responsibilities include scoping role briefs, managing recruiting processes, analyzing pipelines, coordinating feedback and interviews, negotiating offers, growing accounts, and providing market insights and candidate assessments. The role requires strong relationship management, commercial judgment, organization, communication, and sufficient engineering recruiting knowledge to advise founders and hiring leaders.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of product delivery, focusing on backend systems, LLM integration, and cross-functional collaboration in a full-stack capacity.
