Lead and manage software projects end-to-end, maintain project health and profitability, coordinate releases with product, tech, and clients, prioritize sprint work, manage risks and scope, monitor KPIs, and ensure high team and customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, and maintain Playwright + TypeScript automated test suites using POM. Execute manual QA, validate user stories and tickets, write SQL for data validation, collaborate via Git/PRs, integrate tests into CI/CD, and improve testing processes with cross-functional teams.

The Technical Recruiter will implement employer branding strategies, attract candidates, manage recruitment processes, and conduct interviews in English and Spanish.
