Own and grow a portfolio of technology-services clients by driving upsell and cross-sell revenue, renewals, retention, and client satisfaction. Develop strategic account plans, manage commercial negotiations and forecasting, and partner with Delivery, Operations, and Marketing teams. The role also involves building account-management processes, mentoring colleagues, representing the company at industry events, and managing a $2M+ book of business.

Build and support business applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Manage solution design, testing, deployment, ALM, governance, security, integrations, and performance. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, UX designers, and distributed development teams while contributing to code reviews and reusable components. The role requires independent delivery across the SDLC and familiarity with Agile Scrum, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform governance.

Lead forward-deployed AI engagements for portfolio companies, assessing feasibility and building production-grade GenAI systems. Design LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic applications, cloud architectures, evaluation and observability standards, security controls, and deployment practices. Develop prototypes that scale into production, evaluate emerging AI tools, optimize cost and performance, and hand off solutions and expertise to client technical teams. Engage with executives and frontline users across diverse enterprise environments.
